What would the letter contain?
A short note when a playbook is added or revised: the job, what changed, and the failure mode worth rereading. It will not contain entries, price targets, or a sponsored token.
Why does submit say I am not subscribed?
Because you are not. The page validates the address locally and then tells you the truth: no mail API is connected, and the address is not stored.
How will signup work later?
A transactional provider such as Resend, with double opt-in, a visible unsubscribe, and the same labeled sponsor rules as the site. Until that exists, this page stays a stub.
